VOLUNTEERING

Find out about volunteering opportunities at Cranbrook Primary School.

  • Cranbrook Friends Association (CFA)

The CFA is a registered charity. Its members consist of parents, carers, staff,   community members, local organisations and local businesses whose aim is to organise events to raise funds for the benefit of Cranbrook pupils. All Cranbrook parents and carers are welcome to join the CFA.

  • Parent Representatives

Parent Representatives are recruited throughout the year. Parent Reps act as the voice of the parents across each year group and take on a key organisational role for CFA and other social events. Parent Reps are required for one off events so this role offers more flexibility for parents/carers.

  • Trips/Excursions

Volunteers for class trips are required on an occasional basis throughout the school year.

  • Cranbrook Volunteer Programme

The Cranbrook Volunteer Programme provides an opportunity to volunteer on a long term basis. Volunteers are recruited on an annual basis via a formal recruitment process. Volunteers on this programme are usually classroom based. This role requires a long term commitment from parents, carers or members of the community.
