Cranbrook is a large 4 form entry mainstream school with a 39 place Nursery serving a diverse local community. We have 2 additional resource provisions – one for social and communication needs and the other for behaviour support. 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant with school reception or school office experience.  Most importantly, you should be really passionate about providing a high level of customer service and maintaining high standards.


The successful candidate will be joining our existing well established and supportive admin team to provide a professional and friendly reception and admin service to the school. Working hours will be 7:45am – 3:15pm with a 30 minute lunch break but flexibility may be needed in case of absence within the team.

Cranbrook is a large 4 form entry mainstream school with a 39 place Nursery serving a diverse local community. We have 2 additional resource provisions – one for social and communication needs and the other for behaviour support. We are lucky to have a wonderful new building, refurbished Pavilion building, lovely grounds and a large school field.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and organised Site Manager with school caretaking experience.  Applicants should have a good working knowledge of site management and health and safety and be experienced carrying out minor repairs, DIY, general maintenance and ideally, decorating, plumbing and carpentry. Most importantly, you should be really passionate about providing a high level of customer service and maintaining high standards.


The successful candidate will work closely with our School Business Manager and the existing team of two Caretakers and eight in-house cleaners to ensure the school buildings and grounds are clean, tidy, safe, secure and maintained to a high standard.  You will be joining an already well established, experienced and supportive staff team. The Site Team work across three shifts from 6am to 6:30pm and you will need to flexible in case of absence. As a key holder,  you must be available to respond to emergency calls out of hours.
